Invoices are issued according to the chosen billing cycle or generated when an automatic renewal becomes due. If the due date passes without payment, the invoice remains available in the tenant billing area until it is settled or the service is suspended under the applicable rules.
A refund request may be reviewed where a billing error is demonstrated, a duplicate payment is identified, or an applicable legal obligation requires a refund.
