2. Account creation and tenant responsibility
The tenant owner is responsible for the accuracy of submitted information, the protection of account credentials, and the lawful use of the service by workspace users.
- Each account must be protected with secure credentials.
- Access must not be shared in an unauthorized way.
- The tenant remains responsible for the business data entered into its own environment.
3. Acceptable use
